ShipHero was born out of firsthand frustration. In 2013, our founder and CEO, Aaron Rubin, was running his own direct-to-consumer brand and couldn’t find warehouse software built for eCommerce. Most platforms were designed for wholesale and manufacturing, not for fast-moving, multi-channel online orders. So he built what he needed: a warehouse management system (WMS) designed from the ground up for eCommerce operations. That platform became ShipHero. Today, more than 5,000 warehouses across North America and beyond rely on ShipHero to manage their operations.
