Terms of Use
Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Use are a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and [TISOLS INC / CargoCredible Inc.] doing business as CargoCredible, CargoCredible.com, "CargoCredible," "Company," "we," "us," or "our."
These Terms govern your access to and use of CargoCredible.com, any related websites, dashboards, applications, APIs, tools, directories, reports, profile pages, review pages, fraud-reporting tools, data products, email communications, paid services, and any other services that link to these Terms.
By accessing or using CargoCredible, creating an account, submitting a review, filing a fraud report, claiming a profile, purchasing a subscription, uploading evidence, responding to content, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms and all policies incorporated into these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use CargoCredible.

What CargoCredible Is
CargoCredible is a trucking-industry information, review, verification, fraud-reporting, profile, directory, due-diligence, and data-intelligence platform.
CargoCredible may display, organize, summarize, analyze, or make searchable information about trucking-industry businesses and participants, including carriers, brokers, shippers, receivers, warehouses, factoring companies, insurance providers, compliance providers, dispatchers, repair shops, roadside assistance providers, software companies, consultants, service providers, and other logistics-related entities.
CargoCredible may include public records, government data, user-submitted reviews, user-submitted fraud reports, company profile information, claimed profile information, company responses, dispute labels, ratings, risk indicators, analytics, directory listings, paid features, sponsored listings, affiliate links, and third-party data.
What CargoCredible Is Not
CargoCredible is not:
- A government agency
- A law enforcement agency
- A court
- A regulator
- A credit bureau
- A consumer reporting agency
- A legal advisor
- A financial advisor
- An insurance advisor
- A safety authority
- A compliance authority
- A motor carrier
- A freight broker
- A shipper
- A factoring company
- A collection agency
- A background-check provider
- An employment-screening provider
- A substitute for official records
- A substitute for professional advice
CargoCredible does not make final legal findings that any person or company committed fraud, theft, double brokering, cargo theft, breach of contract, regulatory violation, negligence, unsafe conduct, deception, or any unlawful act.
Any review, report, rating, label, score, profile, comment, response, or evidence on CargoCredible may reflect third-party content, public data, automated classification, user opinion, user allegation, or incomplete information.
Eligibility
You may use CargoCredible only if you are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you use CargoCredible on behalf of a company, carrier, broker, shipper, service provider, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity and act on its behalf.
We may require verification before allowing access to certain features.
Accounts
You may need an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity under your account
- Using strong passwords
- Keeping contact information current
- Promptly notifying us of unauthorized access
- Ensuring anyone using your account complies with these Terms
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that appear false, unauthorized, compromised, abusive, risky, or non-compliant.
User Verification
CargoCredible may require verification, including email verification, phone verification, business-domain verification, MC/DOT verification, identity verification, payment verification, corporate-document verification, authority-to-act verification, or other checks.
Verification does not mean CargoCredible guarantees the user, business, claim, review, report, or profile is accurate, safe, lawful, or trustworthy.
User Content
"User Content" means any content submitted, uploaded, posted, transmitted, claimed, edited, rated, reviewed, reported, disputed, or otherwise provided by a user.
User Content includes reviews, ratings, comments, fraud reports, complaints, evidence, images, screenshots, documents, invoices, rate confirmations, bills of lading, proof of delivery, emails, messages, claim documents, responses, profile edits, disputes, business descriptions, service listings, and other submitted materials.
You are solely responsible for your User Content.
User Content Representations
By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:
- The content is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You have a genuine experience, direct knowledge, or good-faith factual basis.
- You have the legal right to submit the content.
- The content is not false, fabricated, misleading, altered, malicious, defamatory, harassing, threatening, retaliatory, or submitted for competitive harm.
- The content is not submitted to extort payment, force settlement, manipulate ratings, interfere with business relationships, or punish a competitor.
- The content does not contain private personal information unless legally permitted and necessary.
- The content does not contain forged, stolen, confidential, privileged, or unlawfully obtained documents.
- The content does not violate any law, contract, confidentiality duty, intellectual property right, privacy right, or third-party right.
- The content does not contain malware, phishing links, spyware, tracking code, or harmful files.
Moderation Without Assumption of Liability
CargoCredible does not undertake a general obligation to monitor all User Content before publication and does not guarantee that all User Content will be reviewed.
However, CargoCredible reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, screen, moderate, label, restrict, edit for formatting, edit for privacy protection, redact, request evidence, request clarification, delay publication, decline publication, remove, archive, disable access to, preserve, or reinstate any User Content at any time and for any reason permitted by law.
CargoCredible may take moderation action to enforce these Terms, protect users, protect privacy, prevent fraud, respond to disputes, address legal notices, reduce platform abuse, comply with law, improve data quality, or protect CargoCredible's legal, reputational, security, or operational interests.
Moderation, non-moderation, removal, non-removal, labeling, investigation, delay, escalation, or dispute handling does not make CargoCredible the author, speaker, publisher, verifier, guarantor, endorser, or legal adjudicator of User Content.
No Verification Guarantee
CargoCredible may use manual review, automated tools, user reports, dispute processes, account verification, business verification, document review, public-source comparison, trust-and-safety procedures, and other quality controls.
These efforts do not guarantee that information is accurate, complete, current, lawful, verified, or free from errors.
You must independently verify important information before making business, legal, financial, insurance, factoring, safety, compliance, dispatch, carrier-selection, broker-selection, shipper-selection, hiring, payment, or contractual decisions.
Public Records and Third-Party Data
CargoCredible may display or process information from public records, government sources, FMCSA/SAFER data, DOT/MC records, business registries, court records, industry databases, third-party providers, user submissions, company submissions, and other sources.
Public records and third-party data may be outdated, delayed, incomplete, duplicated, incorrectly matched, or changed by the original source.
CargoCredible is not affiliated with FMCSA, USDOT, SAFER, any Canadian transportation authority, any state/provincial regulator, or any government agency unless expressly stated in writing.
You should verify official information directly with the applicable official source.
Reviews
Reviews are governed by the Review Policy.
Reviews must be based on genuine trucking-industry experience. Reviews may include opinions, but factual claims must be truthful and not misleading.
CargoCredible may reject, remove, restrict, label, or request evidence for reviews that may violate these Terms or the Review Policy.
Fraud Reports
Fraud reports are governed by the Fraud Report Policy.
Fraud reports are serious allegations. CargoCredible may require evidence, identity verification, business verification, transaction details, and a review process before publication or continued visibility.
Fraud-report labels such as "User-Submitted," "Evidence Submitted," "Under Review," "Disputed," "Company Responded," "Resolved," "Removed," or "Pattern Alert" are platform labels only and are not legal findings.
Company Responses and Disputes
Companies and individuals mentioned on CargoCredible may submit responses, corrections, disputes, or privacy requests under the Dispute & Response Policy and Company Contact Privacy Policy.
Submitting a dispute does not guarantee removal.
CargoCredible may leave content unchanged, add a dispute label, request evidence, display a company response, correct factual data, redact private information, restrict visibility, remove content, archive content, or take other appropriate action.
Profile Claims
Companies may claim profiles under the Profile Claim Policy.
Claiming a profile does not give a company the right to delete lawful criticism, control independent reviews, remove public records, suppress fraud reports, manipulate ratings, or control CargoCredible's moderation decisions.
Paid Features
CargoCredible may offer paid subscriptions, premium profiles, analytics, reports, sponsored listings, advertising, alerts, API access, affiliate programs, partner placements, verification tools, and other paid services.
Payment does not guarantee:
- Positive reviews
- Higher ratings
- Removal of negative reviews
- Removal of fraud reports
- Suppression of disputes
- Preferential moderation
- Preferential legal treatment
- Immunity from platform rules
- Guaranteed leads or revenue
- Guaranteed data accuracy
CargoCredible should not be understood as selling review removal, fraud-report removal, or rating manipulation.
Data Products, Scores, Analytics, and Reports
CargoCredible may provide scores, badges, rankings, comparisons, summaries, alerts, risk indicators, analytics, reports, charts, data exports, API data, and other intelligence tools.
These tools are informational only. They are not legal findings, credit decisions, insurance underwriting decisions, safety certifications, regulatory determinations, financial advice, or guarantees of business performance.
Scores and analytics may be based on public data, user content, third-party data, automated processing, internal methodology, or incomplete information.
You must not rely on CargoCredible as the sole basis for high-impact decisions.
No Consumer Reporting / FCRA Use
CargoCredible is not a consumer reporting agency and does not provide consumer reports under the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar laws.
You may not use CargoCredible information for:
- Consumer credit eligibility
- Employment background checks
- Tenant screening
- Insurance eligibility or underwriting of an individual consumer
- Personal loan eligibility
- Individual driver employment decisions without independent lawful process
- Any other regulated consumer-reporting purpose
CargoCredible is intended for general business due diligence, trucking-industry research, public-record organization, review visibility, profile management, and fraud-risk awareness.
No Professional Advice
CargoCredible does not provide legal, financial, tax, insurance, factoring, safety, compliance, regulatory, investment, employment, or credit advice.
You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions involving fraud claims, cargo claims, legal disputes, insurance claims, factoring decisions, carrier selection, broker selection, employment, safety compliance, payment disputes, or contract enforcement.
No Emergency or Law-Enforcement Substitute
CargoCredible is not a substitute for emergency services, police reports, cargo-theft reports, insurance claims, FMCSA complaints, DOT complaints, CBSA/CBP reports, court filings, legal notices, or official regulatory reports.
If you believe a crime, cargo theft, fraud, threat, emergency, identity theft, or safety issue has occurred, contact the appropriate authorities immediately.
Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Submit false reviews.
- Submit false fraud reports.
- Upload fake evidence.
- Forge documents.
- Alter screenshots or records deceptively.
- Impersonate a person, company, carrier, broker, shipper, regulator, or CargoCredible representative.
- Create fake accounts.
- Use accounts without authorization.
- Submit competitor attacks disguised as reviews.
- Post paid or incentivized reviews without disclosure.
- Suppress truthful reviews through threats or payments.
- Harass, threaten, shame, dox, intimidate, or extort others.
- Publish personal home addresses, personal phone numbers, SSNs, SINs, driver's license numbers, passport numbers, bank details, family information, medical information, or other sensitive personal information.
- Upload confidential, privileged, stolen, or unlawfully obtained documents.
- Upload malware, phishing links, spyware, tracking code, or harmful files.
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, resell, mirror, or commercially exploit CargoCredible data without written permission.
- Use CargoCredible to build a competing database without permission.
- Use CargoCredible data for unlawful discrimination.
- Use CargoCredible data for regulated consumer-reporting purposes.
- Misrepresent CargoCredible as a government agency.
- Interfere with platform security.
- Bypass access controls.
- Use bots or automation without permission.
- Attack, overload, scan, or test the platform without authorization.
- Violate any applicable law or third-party right.
Intellectual Property
CargoCredible owns or licenses its website, software, source code, database structure, design, trade names, logos, trademarks, page layouts, compilation, scoring methods, reports, analytics, content organization, and proprietary materials.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, scrape, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from CargoCredible content, data, design, or software.
License to User Content
You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the license granted here.
By submitting User Content, you grant CargoCredible a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, transmit, moderate, edit for formatting or privacy, redact, translate, summarize, analyze, archive, preserve, create derivative works from, and use the content for platform operation, legal compliance, trust and safety, dispute handling, fraud prevention, research, analytics, reporting, product improvement, and service delivery.
You understand that removing public content may not remove internal records retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, audit, or dispute purposes.
Privacy
Our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Company Contact Privacy Policy, and Your Privacy Choices page.
Security
You may not test, scan, probe, attack, exploit, or attempt to bypass CargoCredible's systems without written permission.
Security issues should be reported to [email protected].
Service Availability
CargoCredible may change, suspend, interrupt, limit, discontinue, or modify any part of the platform at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, specific uptime, permanent availability of any content, or continued availability of any feature.
Suspension and Termination
CargoCredible may suspend, restrict, terminate, or refuse access to any account, profile claim, paid feature, review privilege, fraud-report privilege, API access, or platform feature if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, submitted false content, misused data, violated privacy, manipulated reviews, abused disputes, or harmed platform integrity.
We may preserve records after suspension or termination where needed for legal compliance, dispute handling, fraud prevention, safety, security, audit trails, or defense of claims.
Disclaimers
CargoCredible is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CargoCredible disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted service, secure operation, error-free operation, or suitability for any business decision.
CargoCredible does not warrant that any carrier, broker, shipper, receiver, factoring company, insurer, warehouse, repair shop, dispatcher, compliance provider, or other business is safe, honest, compliant, solvent, insured, authorized, reliable, or free from risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CargoCredible, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, vendors, service providers, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Lost profits
- Lost revenue
- Lost business
- Lost contracts
- Lost loads
- Lost freight opportunities
- Cargo loss
- Cargo delay
- Payment loss
- Factoring loss
- Insurance loss
- Compliance loss
- Safety loss
- Reputational harm
- Goodwill loss
- Data loss
- Business interruption
- Indirect damages
- Incidental damages
- Consequential damages
- Special damages
- Punitive damages
- Exemplary damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CargoCredible's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of:
- The amount you paid CargoCredible in the three months before the claim arose; or
- CAD $100.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CargoCredible, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, vendors, licensors, service providers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, legal fees, regulatory penalties, or third-party demands arising from:
- Your use of CargoCredible
- Your User Content
- Your reviews
- Your fraud reports
- Your uploaded evidence
- Your profile claims
- Your disputes
- Your responses
- Your false or misleading statements
- Your defamation, privacy, copyright, confidentiality, or intellectual-property violations
- Your misuse of platform data
- Your violation of law
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your business decisions based on CargoCredible information
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Mandatory consumer, privacy, or statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law remain unaffected.
Informal Resolution
Before starting arbitration or court proceedings, the complaining party must send written notice to [email protected] describing the dispute, requested remedy, and supporting facts.
The parties agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution for at least 30 days before starting arbitration, except for urgent matters involving intellectual property, privacy, security, unlawful platform abuse, injunctive relief, subpoenas, court orders, or emergency legal protection.
Arbitration
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to CargoCredible, these Terms, platform policies, User Content, reviews, fraud reports, paid services, data products, profile claims, or your use of the platform shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration.
The seat and legal place of arbitration shall be Alberta, Canada.
The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
The arbitration shall be conducted before one neutral arbitrator.
If the parties cannot agree on an arbitrator, the arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with Alberta law or by a court of competent jurisdiction in Alberta.
The arbitrator may award any remedy available under applicable law, subject to these Terms.
The arbitration may be conducted remotely, by video conference, by written submissions, or in person in Alberta, as determined by the arbitrator.
Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought only on an individual basis. You and CargoCredible waive the right to bring, join, or participate in any class, collective, consolidated, representative, or private attorney general action.
If this class action waiver is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim may proceed only in a court of competent jurisdiction, and the remaining claims shall remain subject to arbitration where permitted.
Exceptions to Arbitration
The following matters may be brought in court without first completing arbitration:
- Claims seeking urgent injunctive relief
- Intellectual-property disputes
- Security abuse
- Unauthorized access
- Data scraping
- Platform attacks
- Privacy emergencies
- DMCA/copyright matters
- Court orders or subpoenas
- Claims that cannot legally be arbitrated
CargoCredible may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its platform, intellectual property, users, data, reputation, security, or legal rights.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of CargoCredible after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

CargoCredible does not intentionally request sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, Social Insurance Numbers, passport numbers, driver's license numbers, medical records, biometric data, precise geolocation, race, religion, union membership, political views, or similar sensitive information unless specifically required for a lawful verification, dispute, legal, or compliance purpose.
Users must not upload sensitive personal information unless it is legally permitted, directly relevant, and necessary.
If sensitive personal information is submitted, CargoCredible may redact, restrict, delete, preserve, or process it as necessary for privacy protection, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or defense of claims.

Marketing Communications and Consent
CargoCredible may send service-related messages, account notices, legal notices, security alerts, dispute notices, review/report notices, and administrative communications.
CargoCredible may send marketing or promotional communications where permitted by law and where required consent has been obtained.
Canadian recipients must receive commercial electronic messages only in compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, including consent, sender identification, contact information, and an unsubscribe mechanism.
Users may unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting [email protected].
Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional, legal, security, account, subscription, dispute, or service-related messages.

Certain analytics, advertising, affiliate, data, or partner activities may be considered "sale," "sharing," "targeted advertising," or similar terms under certain U.S. state privacy laws.

Owner-Operator and Contact Privacy
