(MC# 1569200 | DOT# 4109280) for fraudulent activity, including cargo shortage, falsified documentation, and unauthorized driver/truck change. This carrier has demonstrated clear unethical behaviour, and I believe it is important to flag them to protect other brokers and shippers from potential losses. Incident Details: Pickup Location: Compton, CA 90220 Delivery Location: Oklahoma City, OK 73127 Pickup Date: [Monday 02/17/20205] Delivery Date: [Thursday 02/20/2025] Driver at Pickup: Navdeep (Truck# 3008, Trailer# 4831) Driver at Delivery: Unknown (Carrier changed driver & truck without notice) Cargo Loaded: 481 cartons Cargo Delivered: 410 cartons (Shortage of 71 cartons) Violations Committed by Carrier: Cargo Shortage – The receiver’s signed POD clearly states that 71 cartons were missing upon delivery. Falsified POD Submission – The carrier submitted a fraudulent POD falsely indicating full delivery. Unauthorized Driver & Truck Change – The driver who picked up the shipment (Navdeep) confirmed via phone that the dispatcher (Mike) switched the truck and driver without notifying us. Failure to Provide Proof & Unprofessional Conduct – The carrier failed to provide logs, tracking, or any reasonable explanation for the missing cargo and instead blamed other parties while refusing to cooperate. We request that Road Master Express Inc. be flagged in the system to warn brokers of their fraudulent behaviour.
