I worked as a dispatcher for this company and successfully booked multiple loads for the carrier, Odie. All loads were completed, and he received full payment from the brokers. I fulfilled my responsibilities with complete professionalism and provided reliable dispatch services throughout. However, when I requested my agreed dispatch fee, he repeatedly made excuses for over 15 days and ultimately blocked all communication without making the payment. I have complete documentary evidence, including load confirmations, rate cons, and our dispatch service agreement, which clearly supports my claim. If my payment is not settled immediately, I will proceed with legal action to recover my dues. Additionally, I strongly warn all brokers and dispatchers to exercise caution and avoid working with this carrier/company, as this is not an isolated incident and reflects a pattern
